Returns & Exchanges

At NSI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
